Return and Refund Policy

Missing Delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 15 days after the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact our customer support through the dedicated live chat page or by email at info@benitronica.com to start the refund process.


The return policy allows 14 days
from the delivery date during which the customer can request a product return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to defect or error (e.g., change of mind or dissatisfaction), the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any preferred courier may be used, and once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

However, if the product you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the return is completely free of charge and the refund is 100% guaranteed. In this case, please send clear photos and a short video showing the issue to info@benitronica.com.

Each customer can also request a return directly from the product detail page. However, we strongly recommend contacting us by email or through customer support immediately after submitting the request, so you can provide the necessary photos and videos of the product to speed up the process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes products that come into direct contact with the skin or animals, such as razors, grooming devices, or other personal care tools, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These restrictions are in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders Delayed

Orders lacking tracking information or delayed beyond certain thresholds after departing from our supplier's warehouse will be handled as follows:

  • USA: 45 days after order departure
  • World Wide: 60 days after order departure
  • Special shipping methods: Some methods may have different policies or no dispute handling

Note: Sometimes packages are held at the local post office due to address issues or unclaimed delivery. Customers are advised to check with their local post office for pickup.

Orders Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, a non-delivery certification with an official seal from the local post office is required.

Common delivery issues include:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address
  • No such number
  • Unknown recipient
  • Refused delivery
  • Package not picked up in time
  • No safe delivery location
  • Uncleared customs


Local distributors may attempt delivery 1-3 times. If unclaimed, packages are returned to the post office and must be picked up by the customer within a limited time. Otherwise, they are returned to the sender and may be lost during return shipping. We cannot refund or resend packages lost or destroyed during return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Only products that cannot be resold once tried or used—such as personal care or hygiene items—are non-returnable.
We do not accept returns for items that cannot be safely or hygienically restocked.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Orders Cancellation

Full refund offered before warehouse processing.

Customized, preorder, or personalized orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

Return Shipping for 10-Day Free Return Policy (Non-European Countries)

Products can be returned only to our supplier's warehouse in China. However, we do not recommend returning products due to high international shipping costs and long transit times (at least 3 months), with a high risk of loss or damage during return.

  • If you want to proceed with the return, please follow the supplier's return instructions carefully.
  • Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving them to qualify for this free return policy.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

As with all returns, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
